Based on space availability, you may also invite your Mac End-Users to register for the event to meet you at the show.

Speaker Guide

Once your speaker participation has been confirmed, you will be provided an information kit with all of the information you will need to know and do to speak at the Conference.

FAQ

Why should I be a speaker at this Conference?

It is a way of donating some your expert advice back to the Mac, iPhone, IPad community in a simple, yet effective way. It will lead to more exposure for you and your services that will hopefully bring you more business in the future. You will also be allowed FREE access to the expo and conference starting at 10AM along with the industry resellers and other VIPs.

Can I speak at several seminars?

Yes, provided that their schedules do not conflict.

Can I promote my company during the Seminar?

Yes, but remember that the users are not there to learn about our company. They are there to learn about the specific topic of the seminar. We suggest that you bring your company promotion information and hand them out before or after the session. You and your company will also be featured in the Conference guide.

When do I need to be there?

You may arrive between 10AM to Noon on . As a speaker, you will be allowed special access to the expo area between during between 10AM to Noon.

How many people will attend my seminar?

The number of attendees is based on size of the seminar room. The groups will range from 20 to 100 people. You will be informed well in advance how many attendees are expected based upon registrations.

How do I select or submit my topic of Interest?

Please review the current topics and select accordingly and/or complete the information to submit a new topics.

What is required of me at the Conference once I am selected to participate as a Speaker?

You will receive a complete information kit describing all of your responsibilities at the conference. It will guide you through everything you need to know and do including submitting your company profile, getting your speaker’s badge, schedule etc.
