June 24, 2011 is the deadline for exhibitors to sign up to be included in the Conference Guide. The sooner you sign up the better because you also get all of the pre-show publicity and you get to first pick for the best booth locations and sponsorship opportunities. There are only 100 booths possible in the facility and depending on the size of some vendor booths, the final number of available booth may be less.
